October Meeting

Our October meeting was a huge hit! A big thanks to our wonderful speaker Lynn Marie Cherry for blessing us with your words.


 
 
 
 
 
We were able to step outside of our comfort zones while we did "Speed Friending"....
 



 
A big thank to the "Bloom" group for the yummy dinner last night! Also a big thanks to our Mentor Moms. We are so lucky to have these ladies join us and bless us with their wisdom. We also have a new Mentor Mom joining us, Teresa Pesek! We are so thrilled to have these ladies at our meetings.

October Service Project: Blessing Bags

During our October meeting we will be packing Blessing Bags for the Southside Community Center. If you aren't familiar with Blessing Bags, they are gallon sized Ziploc bags that are filled with basic supplies for people in need. Here are some examples of items you can bring to fill your blessing bag in October: Travel shampoo/conditioner Travel toothpaste Toothbrushes Dental Floss Travel body wash Gum Deodorant Socks Gloves/Hat Non-perishable snacks Soap Hand sanitizer Sunscreen Washcloth Baby wipes Band-aids     MOPS will provide the Ziploc bags, we just ask that each member bring a few items to fill as many bags as you would like. Help us bless those in need this Fall!
