Meet our Steering Committee!

Hello! My name is Tiffany Marek. I am a wife, a mom, and a 2nd grade teacher. I have been together with my husband for 10 years and this September, we will be celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary. We both graduated from Texas State University, which is also where we met. We have one son named Camdan and another little one due in October. We are so excited to be growing our little family in an area of Texas we love so much. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, crafting, and cooking.

I was born in Northern Michigan and lived there most of my life. I moved to Texas for a teaching job 12 years ago, met my husband shortly after, and knew I was meant to be here. I teach 5th grade at Crockett Elementary here in San Marcos. I have two beautiful daughters, Avery who is 5 and Addison who is 2. They are the joy of my life! I love being a part of MOPS and can't wait for the year to begin!

Mostly, I grew up in Red Oak, TX. After high school, I went to Ouachita Baptist University for a B.A. in Christian Studies and Mass Communication. It was there that I met my husband, Clint. Upon graduating college, we tied the knot then pursued a Masters in Divinity at Truett Seminary. During our time in Waco, we became the guardians of our now adopted children, Brandon (16) and David (8). We moved to San Marcos four years ago. Currently, Clint is the Student Pastor at First Baptist, and I am on staff as the Missions Minister. Three years ago, we added our first biological child, Asher, to the family. I love my boys and they love to keep me busy!

My name is Darla H. Kincaid. I was born & raised here in our beautiful city of San Marcos Texas. I attended South West Texas State University AKA Texas State & studied Business Communication. I am married to my wonderful husband of 6 years and we have 2 sweet children Mackenzie who is 5 and Noah who is almost 4. I am a full-time work from home mom who owns her own business with Mary Kay Cosmetics. I look forward to working with this year's MOPS Steering committee. I am excited about meeting some great women & making new lasting friendships.

My name is Dolly Dietz.
I am the mother of three beautiful children: William (8), Mary (6) and my 23-month-old, Maggie. My husband, Michael and I live in Buda and have been married for 10 wonderful years.
I work as a pre-k teacher in 2 different MDO's and I was recently hired as a Nursery Coordinator at Kinney Avenue Church in Austin. When I am not busy with work, I tend to my house as well as spending time on my hobby/business of embroidery, monogramming, and laminating.
My time in MOPS has been a blessing to me and my state-of-mind. I'm so excited for this year's theme and it is a privilege to be with you all.
Hi my name is Jennifer.  I am so excited to be a part of such a wonderful organization serving the San Marcos community.  I’m married & work full time, and have a three-year-old daughter who is our biggest blessing.  As a family we love to visit children’s museums, parks, the beach & zoos – especially ones where we can touch & feed the animals. I am looking forward to another great year in MOPS!
Sara is an East Texas native and a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a BBA emphasis in marketing. Sara and her husband, Kenneth, relocated to Central Texas in 2014 for a career advancement and the opportunity for something new. Travel, baseball, and her career in Pharmacy are Sara's passions. MOPS is an excellent way to socialize in both everyday life and faith. Sara cannot wait to get to know her "MAMA SISTERS!" Kenneth, Sara, and their daughter, Madison currently reside in San Marcos.

Hi! I am Alli and I am thrilled to be a part of the MOPS steering committee this year! I joined MOPS last year right after the birth of my little boy and had a great year. I grew up in the Denver area and moved to Corpus Christi in high school. Later, I moved to San Antonio to attend Trinity University for my bachelor's and master's degrees. My husband and I got married in 2015 and moved up to San Marcos for his work in college ministry. I am a 4th grade teacher just down the road in New Braunfels. We are the proud parents of our little guy Drew and we absolutely love living in San Marcos!
Hi! I'm Alison. Mom of Sweet Pete, who is now a sweet and sour toddler. I was born and raised out in the West Texas town of El Paso but moved to San Marvelous to go to Southwest Texas State. Yes. I am that old. Anyway, I stuck around San Marcos to go to graduate school and met my husband, Josh, while he was finishing up his undergrad. After many jobs, and living in Austin for a hot second, I found myself back in San Marcos working for the city I love as a City Planner. We got married here in San Marcos, bought a house here, and had Pete - he's a BISM (Born In San Marcos)! I started coming to MOPS last year and have found a loving community of women who give me the "warm fuzzies" - a term the church youth group I was in back home used for things that made you feel cozy and warm, at home, and closer to God. That is the perfect description of this group in my mind! I look forward to serving on the Steering Committee this year - I think that it will only increase the "warm fuzzies" in my heart.

Hi, I have been married to Lance for 8 years and we have 2 amazing kiddos Paxton (5) and Blakely (4). I am a Pre-K teacher at Buda Elementary and have been a member of MOPS for 4 years. I am super excited to be a DGL for y'all this year and look forward to getting to know everyone!

I was born and raised in the Valley Forge area near Philadelphia, PA.  I moved to the wonderful state of Texas after 18 years of living in the Chicagoland area.  I have 4 children ages 11-24 years of age.  I am a Jesus Freak and love serving the Lord.  I enjoy music, exercising, travel, photography and cooking.  When free from the kids, I enjoy my toy Aussie, Pancake.  I love MOPS!  I have been involved with MOPS for 11 years and am excited for our coming year.
I grew up in a small town in South Texas that makes San Marcos feel like a big city. Although I don't have any children of my own, I do have a precious kitty named Tessie. I've been a wedding professional for 3 years, and love what I do. I am so excited to get to be a part of MOPS, and I'm looking forward to a great year!
